Cop Hospitalized After Motorist Becomes Combative In Valley Stream, Police Say A police officer was hospitalized after a Long Island motorist allegedly became combative after being stopped near an intersection. Officers conducted the traffic stop of a 2012 Dodge Challenger in Valley Stream in the vicinity of Hook Creek Boulevard and 136th Avenue at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2.
