Southern State Double Fatal: 18-Year-Old ID'd As Second Victim On Long Island Authorities have identified a teenager who was killed in a double fatal crash on the Southern State Parkway. The wreck happened in North Massapequa, in the eastbound lanes near exit 29, at around 8:50 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14.
