Port Jefferson Man Killed In Coram Crash: Suffolk Police An 85-year-old Port Jefferson man died in a crash involving multiple vehicles at the intersection of County Road 83 and Route 112 in Coram, Suffolk County police announced Friday, Jan. 10. David Black was driving a 2018 Ford Mustang northbound on Route 112 when his vehicle collided with a 2019 GMC Sierra pickup heading northbound on County Road 83, police said. The impact caused the Mustang to hit two additional vehicles before coming to a stop. 3 Pulled From Fiery Suffolk County Crash, Seriously Injured Three people were seriously injured in a fiery crash on Long Island. The crash occurred at about 10:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, when a 2017 Kia Sportage veered off Cliff Road in the village of Belle Terre, struck a tree, and caught fire, according to Suffolk County Police said. The vehicle was traveling northbound between Old Homestead Road and Bell Circle at the time.
