Long Island Man Raped 5-Year-Old Girl, Police Say A Long Island man is accused of sexually abusing a young girl. Wilson Castillo Diaz, age 26, of Westbury, was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 22, following an investigation by the Nassau County Police Department’s Special Victims Squad. The case was publicized Friday, Nov. 1. According to police, Diaz raped a 5-year-old girl in Westbury on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Authorities did not elaborate on the nature of his relationship to the child. The victim was taken to a hospital and evaluated following the alleged attack. Following an investigation into separate incidents at the day care facility located on Montauk Highway in East Patchogue, Roshanne Marks, age 33, of Bohemia, was arrested, Suffolk County Police announced on Saturday, Oct. 26. Sex Offender Harasses 13-Year-Old Girl At East Patchogue Convenience Store, Police Say A convicted sex offender is accused of harassing an underage girl outside a Long Island convenience store. The incident happened in Patchogue, at the 7-Eleven store located near Montauk Highway and Bay Avenue, at around 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. Suffolk County Police said 37-year-old Ronald Rios, of East Patchogue, made sexual comments to a 13-year-old girl.
