Severely Injured Kangal Shepherd Among 3 Neglected Puppies Rescued From Long Island Home: DA
For the second time in a month, a Long Island man is charged with animal cruelty after investigators rescued three allegedly neglected Kangal Shepherd puppies.
Munim Raghid, 26, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 2, following an investigation by members of the Suffolk County DA’s Biological, Environmental, and Animal Safety Team (BEAST).
