Popular Numbing Cream Recalled: Here's Why Thousands of tattoo numbing cream containers are being recalled because their packaging fails to meet child-safety standards. Mad Rabbit is recalling about 28,000 of its "RELIEVE" Lidocaine Numbing Cream packages, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, Sept. 25. The cream contains lidocaine, which must be sold in child-resistant packaging under federal law.  The current containers are not child-resistant, creating a risk of serious injury or death if swallowed by young children. Seen Them? Pair Of Brentwood Teens Reported Missing On Same Day Authorities are asking for help in locating two missing teenagers from Long Island. Johan Genebroso, age 16, and Laura Morales, age 15, both of Brentwood, were last seen on Thursday, Nov. 21, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. Johan was last seen wearing an orange shirt and black pants. Laura was wearing a white t-shirt and gray pants, and has a tattoo of a watch on her left arm. New Update: Missing South Setauket Man Found New update: A Long Island man who was reported missing has been located. Dominick Yannotto, age 81, of South Setauket, had last been seen leaving his Hart Lane residence at around 6 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to a Silver Alert issued by the Suffolk County Police. On Friday, Nov. 15, police announced that Yannotto was located and was unharmed. No other details were given.
