Fatal Crash: 21-Year-Old From East Hampton ID'd As Victim In Riverhead One person was killed in a crash involving a pair of vehicles on a Long Island roadway. It happened around 8:20 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6 in Riverhead, near a Target on Old Country Road. A 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R, operated by Christian Gutierrez, age 21, of East Hampton, struck another motorcycle, a 2006 Yamaha R6, operated by Rodolfo Castillo, age 54 of Southampton.  Gutierrez had numerous injuries and died at the scene, Riverhead Police said.
