Duo Charged After Rocky Point Massage Parlor Raided For Second Time This Year Two women have been charged after a Long Island massage parlor was raided for the second time this year. In response to community complaints, authorities led by the Suffolk County Police Department conducted an investigation at Rocky Point Foot SPA, located at 379 Route 25A Unit G late last month.  In the latest detail, Xiaoyan Song, age 48, and Yueh-Ping Chu, age 58, both of Flushing, Queens, were charged with unauthorized practice of a profession.  Both women were issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Ce…
