Truck Crash Shuts Down Part Of I-95 In CT, Scatters Plywood Across Highway Both sides of Interstate 95 remain closed in Westbrook hours after a crash scattered dozens of plywood sheets across the highway. The crash, involving a tractor-trailer and a box truck, was reported shortly before 7:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, near Exit 64 south, according to Connecticut State Police. Authorities confirmed injuries but did not release details on the severity.
