Long Island 14-Year-Old Has Been Missing For 10 Days Police are asking for help in locating a Long Island teenager who has been missing for over a week. Edwin Palacios Umana, age 14, was last seen at his Lakeview residence on Wadleigh Avenue at around 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5. Umana is 5-foot-3 and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police said he may have traveled to Flushing, Queens. Anyone with information is asked to contact Nassau County Police at 516-573-7347 or call 911. Duo Charged After Rocky Point Massage Parlor Raided For Second Time This Year Two women have been charged after a Long Island massage parlor was raided for the second time this year. In response to community complaints, authorities led by the Suffolk County Police Department conducted an investigation at Rocky Point Foot SPA, located at 379 Route 25A Unit G late last month.  In the latest detail, Xiaoyan Song, age 48, and Yueh-Ping Chu, age 58, both of Flushing, Queens, were charged with unauthorized practice of a profession.  Both women were issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Ce…
