DMV Nabs 3 Running Unlicensed Used Car Dealership In Dutchess County Following a two-year investigation, three Hudson Valley men were nabbed running an alleged unlicensed used car dealership. The three men, Raed Nesheiwat, age 57; Lakeia Parker, age 41, and Marceise Livesay, age 26, all of Poughkeepsie, were arrested in Dutchess County on Wednesday, Nov. 13, in Poughkeepsie. According to Water McClure of the state Division of Motor Vehicles, the investigation found that the three sold more than 150 vehicles out of a building and parking lot at 20-22 Pershing Ave., in Poughkeepsie, without a legitimate dealer license. Cause Released Of Small Aircraft Crash Near School In Northern Westchester Officials have revealed why a single-manned aircraft crashed on the grounds of a school in Northern Westchester.  The cause of the crash, which happened at a school in Yorktown on June 29, 2023, was detailed in a report released by the National Transportation Safety Board on Wednesday, July 24.  On the day of the crash, just after noon, Yorktown Police were notified by a resident that a small plane had crashed on the property of the Shrub Oak International School in Mohegan Lake at 3151 Stony Street.   Arriving officers confirmed that a single-engine plan…
