The victim killed in a two-car crash in Dutchess County earlier this week has been identified as a 54-year-old local resident.
Amenia resident Scott Anderson, 54, was killed in a crash on Monday, June 8, on South Amenia Road in the town of Amenia, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said in an update on Wednesday, June 10.

Dashboard Failure Could Hide Speed Or Warning Lights, Prompting Recall Of 44K+ Audis
Audi is recalling nearly 45,000 vehicles because a dashboard glitch could prevent drivers from seeing their speed or critical warning lights, officials said.
The recall affects about 44,387 Audi vehicles from model year 2021, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Recalled models include the A6, A7, A8, Q7, Q8, RS6 Avant, RS7, RSQ8, S6, S7, S8, SQ7, and SQ8.
