Dog Abuser Behind Bars For Beating Animal In Hudson Valley Until It Was Bleeding: Police A 34-year-old man is behind bars after being charged with aggravated cruelty to an animal at a Hudson Valley home. Rawle A. Reynolds, of Brooklyn, was arrested around 12 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 8, after the Village of Monticello Police responded to a 911 call for a man "violently abusing a dog" at the Horizons apartments on Harmony Lane. Lt. Mark Johnstone of the Monticello Police said a woman opened the door and said, "He's abusing the dog," as officers heard a dog crying out in pain. 21-Year-Old Parolee Nabbed In Capital Region Shooting That Killed Man, Injured 2 Others: Cops Police have arrested a suspect in an overnight shooting in the region that killed a man and injured two others, including a 13-year-old boy. The Albany incident happened at around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, in the city’s West Hill neighborhood, near Second and Quail streets. Officers found a 46-year-old woman who was shot in the leg and a 13-year-old boy suffering from a graze bullet wound to his arm.
