Police are searching for a masked suspect who robbed a gas station at gunpoint during the early morning hours in Dutchess County. The robbery happened around 4:39 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, at the Exxon station at 1502 Route 55 in the Town of LaGrange, the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office announced on Monday, June 23. An underage drinking sting in Putnam County led to the arrests of two gas station clerks for illegally selling alcohol to a minor, police announced. The initiative took place on Tuesday, March 18, and involved compliance checks at 16 retail locations across the county, New York State Police said on Wednesday, March 19.
