Major delays were reported to Daily Voice on a stretch of eastbound I-84 in Dutchess County following a crash Friday afternoon.
Traffic was reported to be stop-and-go from Route 9 in Beacon to Lime Kiln Road in Hopewell Junction at 3 p.m.
