Two Charged With Possession Of Cocaine, Pot After Pleasant Valley Stop New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley busted a pair with cocaine and marijuana during a routine traffic stop on Route 44 in Dutchess County. Troopers on patrol at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Saturday night stopped Lloyd residents Adam Cardella, 21, and Tyler Bugbee, 22, for a vehicle and traffic law violation. During the subsequent stop, it was reported that there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle, prompting further investigation.
