Airport In Region Undergoing Upgrades, Modernization Construction has begun on an international airport in the region to modernize and create state-of-the-art gateways. The Sullivan County International Airport in Swan Lake is receiving a facelift and modernizations to increase tourism and fuel economic growth, said New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Friday, March 22.
