'There's A Lot Of Work Ahead,' Says Molinaro, Surveying Damage Dutchess County officials took an aerial tour on Wednesday to surveil the area after Tuesday’s storm tore through the area. “There is a lot of work ahead,” Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro remarked after taking a helicopter tour of the southern part of the county with Public Works Commissioner Bob Balkind, where they evaluated the damage left by the storm, which led to hundreds of downed trees and power lines throughout the region.
