Westchester Man Sentenced For Shooting 4-Year-Old Girl In Leg A Westchester man is going to spend more than a decade behind bars following his sentencing for misfiring his gun, missing his intended target, and striking a 4-year-old girl in the leg while he was a teenager. Yonkers resident Floyd Bruce, now 21, was sentenced in Westchester County Court to 15 years in prison following his guilty plea last year. Bruce pleaded guilty on June 8 last year to felony counts of robbery, attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He had faced up to 25 years for his conviction.
