Drunk Driver Nabbed After Parking In Middle Of Entrance Ramp In Northern Westchester: Police A Hudson Valley woman faces drunk driving charges after authorities found her parked in the middle of an entrance ramp to the Taconic State Parkway in Northern Westchester, police said. The arrest stemmed from an incident on Saturday, Sept. 2 just before 11 p.m., when Yorktown Police responded to a reported erratic driver on Route 134 near the entrance and exit ramps to the Taconic State Parkway.  According to Yorktown Police, arriving officers soon found a vehicle stopped in the middle of the lane on the entrance ramp between Route 134 and the Taconic State Parkway.  Police then…
