Mom, Daughter Killed In Philadelphia Learjet Crash While Returning Home From Medical Treatment The pediatric patient and mother aboard the Jet Rescue Air Ambulance that crashed and exploded in Northeast Philadelphia have been identified as Valentina Guzman Murillo, 12, and her mother, Lizeth Murillo Osuna, 31, of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, officials confirmed. Dontay Brown, age 23, of Poughkeepsie, died on Sunday, June 4 during the fight. His roommate, Andrew Alex Fraser, age 32, has been charged with his murder.
