Catalytic Converter Thief At Hudson Valley Train Station Nabbed In Court, Police Say A Hudson Valley man who was wanted for allegedly stealing catalytic converters last month has been arrested while appearing in court for traffic violations. The thefts took place in Dutchess County in the city of Beacon on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at the Metro North Train Station. 25-Year-Old Faces Three Felony Charges After Burglary At Beacon Church, Police Say A 25-year-old is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly burglarizing a church in Beacon, according to City of Beacon Police. Officers responded to the area of East Main Street and Liberty Street on Friday, Feb. 15 around 1:45 p.m. A male suspect was allegedly being followed by the caller after being observed burglarizing the Christ United Methodist Church at 60 Union Street. The male suspect was subsequently located, arrested and identified as Shawn Davis Jr. of Beacon, police said. Man Accused Of Using Fake Prescriptions To Get Oxycodone, Other Drugs At Orange County Pharmacy Working on a tip, Orange County law enforcement officials arrested a 64-year-old man for allegedly using fake prescriptions to get oxycodone and other drugs. Eugene Anthony Lloyd, of New York City, was arrested Tuesday by officials with the Orange County Drug Task Force, Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, after information was developed from the tip, said the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
