A woman has been charged in connection with the death of a man who was found lying on a roadway in the region. Emergency crews in Albany were called about someone lying in the roadway near the intersection of Commerce Avenue and North Manning Boulevard shortly after 5 a.m. Monday, July 29. Speeding Motorist Nabbed After Leading Officers On Chase In Hudson Valley: Police
A 23-year-old man was arrested after leading police on a chase in the Hudson Valley until his motorcycle became disabled, authorities said. The incident began in Putnam County on Saturday, Feb. 10, when Carmel Police officers spotted a motorcyclist traveling at high speed on Route 6 in Mahopac. An officer tried pulling him over, but instead, the motorcyclist sped off, according to Carmel Police Lt. Michael Bodo.
