The save took place around 12:24 p.m. Wednesday when officers Devin Ludwig and Mark Liebermann responded to the area of Andrews Place, a public highway located in the Village of Wappingers Falls for a report of a male down, said Lt P. The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. Thursday when Officers Devin Ludwig and Joshua Kemlage responded the Tinkleman Plaza on Route 9 for a report of an unconscious male, said Sgt. P. Capparelli.
