NY Moving Forward With Lawsuit After Trump's About-Face On Child Separation Although President Donald Trump has reversed course from his administration’s policy of separating migrant families crossing the United States border from their parents, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is moving forward with a lawsuit against the administration.
