Seen Them? Alert Issued For Capital Region Teens Missing 4 Days Police are asking for help in locating two teenagers from the region who have been missing for four days. See New Update: Elizaville Teens Missing For 2 Weeks Located Columbia County residents Aubrey Congemi, age 15, and Briana Carlton, age 17, were last seen in the hamlet of Elizaville on Sunday, Dec. 17. New York State Police said the girls recently relocated to the area from Albany and are known to hang around the Colonie Center and Crossgates Mall shopping areas.
