Woman Who Operates A C-Town In Fairfield County Admits To Failure To Pay Taxes The owner of a grocery store in the region admitted to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the government through a federal tax fraud scheme. Fairfield County resident Lizbel Sanchez, also known as Lizbel Diaz, age 47, of Brookfield, the co-owner of a C-Town location in Danbury, pleaded guilty to a federal tax offense.
