27-Year-Old Arrested For Stabbing Another Woman With Scissors, Police Say A 27-year-old woman was arrested for stabbing another woman in the leg during a domestic dispute. Monticello police arrested Joyce R Housman, of Monticello, on Saturday after responding to a home on Park Avenue for a report of an assault, said Monticello Police Lt. Mark Johnstone. When police arrived on the scene, they found a 26-year-old woman who was bleeding from the leg. The victim told police that Housman had stabbed her twice with a pair of scissors during a dispute, Johnstone said.
