A Poughkeepsie man with a history of drunk driving convictions has been found guilty of felony charges after being caught driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, officials report. Mark Brown, age 56, of Poughkeepsie, was convicted of aggravated unlicensed vehicle operation and circumvention of an interlock device following a three-day jury trial in Kingston, said Ulster County District Attorney Emmanuel Nneji. A 34-year-old area man is facing felony DWI charges after his involvement in a crash near the Taconic Parkway, police say. A 37-year-old man faces a felony DWI charge following a crash in which he was allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road without a court-ordered ignition interlock device in Northern Westchester, police said. The family of a 21-year-old Manhattanville College student scolded the drunk driver who struck and killed their son in court at her sentencing on Wednesday.
