Area Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers removed 22 allegedly impaired drivers from Hudson Valley roadways during the weekend of Saturday, Oct. 5. Among the area residents charged: Westchester County On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Stormville arrested Connor L. Scally, 25, of Irvington, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when he was interviewed after running out of gasoline.
