Man Charged With Shooting, Killing Worker From Northern Westchester An area man has been charged in the March murder of a trash-carting driver. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Friday that 32-year-old Heriberto Morales of Yonkers has been charged by a grand jury in a seven-count indictment that was released this week. He stands charged of murdering a Northern Westchester man who was working for a private carting company at the time of his death.
