Andrew Cuomo earlier this year, called out Cuomo on national television on Monday, Oct. 15 for refusing to debate his opponent, the Republican county executive of Dutchess County. Andrew Cuomo and avoid playing the role of a spoiler. Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins also is seeking to be on the WFP ballot line on Nov. 6 instead of Nixon.
