Putnam Lake firefighters, along with the Patterson Fire Department, responded to the fire in Putnam Lake at 4 Kingston Road around 1:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 24, for a report of a structure fire, the department said. Arriving firefighters quickly confirmed a working fire at the unoccupied home that was under construction and requested a second alarm, the department said. Three-Alarm Blaze Heavily Damages Tivoli Fire Station This story has been updated. A fully involved three-alarm blaze that broke out overnight heavily damaged Tivoli Fire Station. The fire began late in the evening on Friday, July 5 and quickly spread before being contained at around 10:40 p.m. No injuries were reported, but the station's garage ceiling nearly collapsed and a pumper tanker truck and ambulance inside the garage were severely damaged.
