Planes Carrying Migrants Land In Hudson Valley Two planes carrying immigrant children from El Paso, Texas landed in the Hudson Valley earlier this month. The planes, chartered by the federal government, transported approximately 25 children on each aircraft, Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus said.
