Duo Burglarizes House, Knocks Homeowner To Ground While Fleeing In Capital Region, Police Say Two accused burglars are facing charges after allegedly breaking into a home in the region and stealing property before knocking the homeowner to the ground with their car while fleeing the scene, authorities said. Troopers in Saratoga County were called at around 5:45 p.m. Monday, April 24, with reports of a burglary in progress at a home in Moreau, located on Hilton Drive, according to State Police.
