Hudson Valley Man Known For 'Dispensary Bus' Busted Selling Pot To Minors, Police Say A Hudson Valley man known for his makeshift "dispensary bus" was busted for allegedly selling cannabis to people under the age of 21. The arrest took place in Dutchess County around 4:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 26 in East Fishkill. According to East Fishkill Police, Orange County resident Eli E. Herrera, age 22, of Monroe, was charged with criminal sale of cannabis and unlawful sale of cannabis. Man Trades Pot For Sex With 13-Year-Old In Capital Region, Police Say A 35-year-old man from the region is accused of bribing an underage teen for sex. Saratoga County resident Justin Pringle, of Clifton Park, was arrested on sex crime and other charges Thursday, Aug. 10, according to New York State Police. It came after investigators were tipped off that he was having inappropriate contact with a child in Clifton Park. Troopers determined that Pringle gave a 13-year-old a marijuana edible in exchange for sexual contact with the victim. The incident allegedly occurred early Thursday morning.
