The United States Postal Service is gearing up for the holidays, unveiling its brand-new holiday stamps and announcing shipping deadlines to deliver mail by Christmas. The strongest hurricane to ever hit the Florida panhandle made landfall early Wednesday afternoon and surprised experts by maintaining Category 4 winds as it barreled north.
