Ben Novack Jr., 52, a convention business owner and heir to the famous Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach, was found beaten to death in his hotel suite at the Rye Town Hilton on July 12, 2009. TV Director From Northern Westchester Admits To Spying On Nanny With Camera A former television director has pleaded guilty to spying on his teenage nanny in his Westchester home. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Tuesday that Daniel Switzen, who worked at CNBC and who was arrested in November, has pleaded guilty to a felony count of second-degree unlawful surveillance for the incident. Switzen pleaded guilty to placing a secret camera inside a tissue box in the bathroom of his Pleasantville home on Nov. 13 last year.
