Jesse Stevens, of Hyde Park, was arrested on Friday, March 27, by the Town of Hyde Park Police after officers responded to a Poughkeepsie home for a report of a domestic incident, said Chief of Police Robert Benson. Investigation Underway After Discovery Of Dead Man In Area Apartment Police are conducting an investigation after a man was found dead inside an area apartment. The unidentified man's body was discovered around 4:36 p.m., Monday, March 2 in the City of Poughkeepsie after police received a 911 call asking for a welfare check. The man was found inside an apartment at 399 Main St., said City of Poughkeepsie Police Det. Lt. Matt Clark.
