Police: Duo Who Fraudulently Used Credit, Debit Cards At Newtown Stores Believed To Be From NY Newtown Police are asking the public for help locating two men who fraudulently used credit cards at local stores. The men believed to be from the New York area used the cards at several between 1 and 3:30 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 8, said the Newtown Police.
