Stolen Vehicle Suspect Caught After Fleeing On Foot, Bike In East Fishkill A high-speed chase broke out in East Fishkill, as police officers attempted to apprehend a suspect who allegedly stole a car in Dutchess County before attempting to flee on a bicycle. Officers from the East Fishkill Police Department were dispatched to a Roundhill Road residence in Hopewell Junction at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Sunday night, where there was a report of a motor vehicle theft from the home.
