Man Arrested After Pushing Woman Holding 3-Year-Old In Face, Police Say A 43-year-old man was arrested after allegedly pushing a woman in the face while she as holding a 3-year-old child. Devon Pallas, of the Town of Saugerties, was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 9, after Saugerties Police responded to South Road in Mount Marion for a report of a fight, Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra said. An investigation by officers found that Pallas allegedly engaged in a physical dispute with a female victim. Couple In Stolen U-Haul On I-84 Rest Area Had Infant, Used Heroin Bags, Needles, Police Say New York State Police troopers arrested a man and woman allegedly driving a stolen U-Haul who were in possession of an infant, used bags of heroin and hypodermic needles, investigators said. Troopers from Middletown were dispatched to the Wallkill Rest Area on I-84 in Wallkill on Tuesday, Jan. 14, where there was a report of a stolen U-Haul. According to police, troopers were able to locate the vehicle, which was confirmed stolen out of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
