Felon On Parole Busted Driving Stolen Vehicle While Drunk, Police Say A 49-year-old man was nabbed by police after he was allegedly caught driving a stolen vehicle in the area. Carlton R. Woods, of the City of Poughkeepsie, was arrested around 5:50 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 11, after Town of Poughkeepsie Police officers observed a vehicle matching the description of a stolen vehicle which had been reported in the City of Poughkeepsie, said Capt. Michael O’Dowd. Officers stopped the vehicle and found Woods behind the wheel. An investigation confirmed the vehicle was stolen, O'Dowd said. According to officers, Woods was allegedly intoxicated and…
