Underage Drinking Detail: 4 Store Clerks Charged In Northern Westchester, Putnam Workers at four businesses have been charged with illegally selling alcoholic beverages to minors during a New York State Police detail in Northern Westchester and Putnam. Man Nabbed For Stealing Putnam County SPCA Police Donation Box From Market A man who allegedly stole a donation box from a Putnam market has been arrested The Putnam County Sheriff's Office was informed of a larceny at the Appalachian Market in the Town of Philipstown on Thursday, Jan. 10, and dispatched to the scene to investigate. It was reported that the donation money box, which was for the Putnam County SPCA Police, was stolen from the market the night of Wednesday, Jan. 9. Of course, being the sheriff, Langley went to investigate and met up with 33-year-old Brant D. Carter, who pulled away at a high rate of speed when he realized who he was talking to, the Sheriff's department announced on Tuesday, May 29.
