28-Year-Old Hudson Valley Woman Charged In Pair Of Armed Robberies A 28-year-old Hudson Valley woman is behind bars after being charged with two armed gas station robberies. Orange County resident Julia Marcinak, of of Highland Falls, was charged on Monday, Dec. 4 with the armed robbery of two gas stations in Poughkeepsie, said Capt. Michael O'Dowd, of the Town of Poughkeepsie Police. The robberies took place on Wednesday, Nov. 29 at the Speedway Gas Station at 2545 South Road and the Chestnut Mobil at 2605 South Road in Poughkeepsie, O'Dowd said.
