State Police arrested Michael P. Kelly on Thursday on three counts of unlawful surveillance, a Class E felony.

The arrest stems from an incident reported to police in March of 2017, police said.

Subsequent to the execution of a search warrant at his home, Kelly’s computer equipment was seized and evaluated. Three additional victims were identified and Kelly was charged accordingly, police said.

Kelly was arraigned at the Town of Wappinger Court. His next appearance is scheduled for Oct. 5.
