WAPPINGERS FALLS, N. Y. -- The property owner of a house that was the site of a Monday fire that critically injured his nephew has been cited in the past for unsafe conditions at the Wappingers Falls building, according to The Poughkeepsie Journal.
New Hackensack Fire Department officials are still investigating the cause of a blaze at a Wappingers Falls house Monday that critically injured one man and displaced other residents, The Poughkeepsie Journal says.
