POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A Poughkeepsie woman has been charged with second-degree possession a forged instrument, a class D felony, reported the Poughkeepsie Journal.
Allyse Moroney, 25, of Poughkeepsie was charged with possession of a forged instrument.
