The man, whose name was not released, was shot about 5 p.m. Friday near Soldier's Fountain, according to TWC News, which reported that Friday's shooting was the second in which the man had been involved.
The 22-year-old, who was said to have suffered nonlife-threatening injuries, is believed to have been the intended target, according to Time Warner.
The victim apparently told authorities that he does not know who it was that fired on him, according to Time Warner.
