Two roadways were closed while rescue crews work to save a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.

New York State Police said the incident took place around 4:25 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 at Cavelo and Clove Branch roads in Hopewell Junction.

Both roadways were closed during the investigation and rescue attempt, the state police said.
